Returns and exchanges

Email Info@blacklightcandle.com to notify of the return BEFORE returning any item.

BLACK LIGHT CANDLES LLC accepts returns and cancellations
Just contact within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
Request a cancellation: Before the item has shipped

 

Unfortunately, due to Black Light Candles providing FREE shipping on majority orders, once an order has shipped, we are unable to offer pre paid return labels.

If the product is defective, please contact info@blacklightcandle.com with supporting photos. We will happily provide a pre paid return label.

 If the product is not defective and simply unwanted, we will accept the return & refund for the full value of remaining sell-able product, but return-shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.

Any shipping cost associated with returns will be the responsibility of the buyer. Black Light Candles does not refund shipping. 

Black Light Candle LLC reserves the right to refuse returns & will provide proper communication advising

BLACK LIGHT CANDLES LLC DOES NOT ALLOW EXCHANGES. Once an item is returned a refund will be issued automatically & a email will be sent advising of the refund.


Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Please advise Black Light Candle LLC of any damage before returning with supporting photos.

 

International Shipping 

 

Items shipped outside of the United States are subject to duties, taxes, handling and/or other miscellaneous charges as defined by the country of import. These fees are not included in the cost of your order and therefore cannot be reimbursed by Black Light Candle LLC. Sometimes, these fees must be paid in order to receive your package. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order. Please be aware some international countries do not scan the package once it arrives in your country. If more than 20 business days pass, please contact your local post office or customs as the package may be held there.
