Additional Damage Protection Policy

Additional Insurance is offered on ALL orders at checkout. You can only purchase insurance at checkout. Once the order is placed, additional insurance can no longer be added.

Once claim is submitted with supporting photos Black Light Candles will handle the entire process on your behalf. 

Within 1-3 business days Black Light Candles will reship the damage items, FREE OF CHARGE or provide a REFUND FOR DAMAGE ITEMS. 

You will be allowed to select an option that suits your needs OR an automatic refund will be provide if the items are out of stock. 

No hassle with contacting the carrier & waiting for communication with the carrier. Black Light Candles will handle the entire process behind the scenes while the customer is already taken care of.

Most carriers offer up to $100 of insurance. Please contact the carrier DIRECTLY to submit a claim.

Black Light Candle LLC will not be able to reship any damaged items. If approved via the carrier, a check will be mailed from the carrier to the customer in the amount approved. 

Black Light Candle LLC can not expedite the claim process with the carrier. 


Black Light Candles has the right to deny ANY claim after proper investigation. Lost packages are fully investigated by the carrier. If the carrier provides proof that the order was “ Delivered “ Black Light Candles may deny the claim. Once the package is successfully “ Delivered “ Black Light Candles is no longer responsible. 


Black Light Candle LLC has the right to deny ANY claim after proper investigation. Black Light Candle LLC is NOT responsible for P.O Box Claims once marked delivered to the courier.
If you elected NOT to purchase insurance, Black Light Candle LLC is not responsible for any lost, stolen or broken orders. Most carriers offer $100 for shipping insurance if you elect to not purchase additional insurance.
We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info.
